Community Consultation


McKinlay Shire Council is committed to our community. We are seeking community and stakeholder input on the below projects so that we can make improvements and to enable community ownership of the projects.

Council were fortunate to have the opportunity to develop projects for completion within the 2016/17 Capital Works Budget and in preparedness for future funding.

Our 2016/17 Capital Works Budget is $14,068,740 with $7,862,872 received in funding from State and Federal Governments.

Projects up for comment:

  • Artesian Spa baths at the Caravan Park
  • Caravan Park and Kev Bannah Oval Amenities
  • Burke Street Shade Structures
  • Tent City
  • RV Site Nature Trail
