We offer motel, donga, powered and camping sites at the iconic hotel that was established in 1895.

The hotel is in its original site and has not changed in all that time. It has historical value, with association to the song Waltzing Matilda written by Banjo Patterson and Christine McPherson. The song was first sung here in 1896 after the fire and shearer’s strike at Dagworth Station.

Many photos adorn the walls of long ago, donated over the years by past residents of the town.
